We operate a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original packaging with all accessories. Please contact our Customer Service team to authorize your return.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the product size. Small dimension radiators typically ship within one working day, while medium dimensions take two working days. Large vertical radiators may take 2-3 working days. Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day.
